The Pro RTX RX401 is a 200gsm microfleece for a uniform that moves between a reception desk, a vehicle and short visits outside. Its flat bound cuffs and hem suit layering. Ask TeeLane to assess a discreet chest mark before confirming a personalised London staff order.

Match the product to the role

Who should choose RX401?

  • Reception uniforms
  • Property visit teams
  • Indoor layering

A lighter layer for desk and mobile work

RX401 is the lighter choice alongside the 300gsm RX402. Its bound cuffs and hem create flat edges, and the supplier specifies shaped side panels. For reception staff who keep a fleece on while working at a desk, choosing the layer by comfort and movement is more useful than assuming the heaviest fabric is best. The full zip also lets the wearer open or remove it as the room changes temperature.

Confirm fit over the everyday uniform

Decide what will be worn underneath before collecting sizes. A microfleece over a polo and one worn over a sweatshirt need different fitting checks. The supplier webpage and linked older specification sheet show different chest figures, so TeeLane should confirm the current size guide rather than asking staff to choose from an unverified measurement chart. Black and Navy are listed XS–7XL; Solid Grey is listed XS–5XL.

Plan a reception-to-vehicle layering trial

For a property-management team, a receptionist and a visiting coordinator may share branding but wear their fleeces differently. Have both roles assess the garment over their normal shirt or polo: sitting, reaching for files and putting on an outer coat expose fit problems that a standing photograph cannot show.

If staff need to display a name badge, include its intended position in the print brief so the badge and logo do not compete for the same chest area. When the fleece will sit under a closed jacket, consider which garment needs the customer-facing identification.

Keep the lighter fleece distinct from outerwear

Use RX401 as a layering choice rather than buying it on an assumed weather rating. A mobile employee making short visits outside has a different clothing brief from someone standing outdoors for a full shift. Describe that pattern when requesting a quote so the garment decision comes before the artwork.

If the lighter fabric is the right fit but the logo is too intricate for fleece, ask whether the branding can be simplified or placed on another uniform garment. Do not approve a print solely because it looks sharp on a screen mockup.

Personalisation and print-position check

What TeeLane checks on this product

Start with an offset chest logo above the zipped pocket, clear of the main zip and shaped side panel. A small mark suits a desk-facing uniform, but making it too small can lose detail in the fleece texture. Submit the original logo with the intended width, especially if it includes a strapline. A back mark needs separate assessment: the available supplier photography does not show the back, so it cannot establish the usable dimensions. TeeLane checks the actual fabric and panel before approving a transfer, including heat response and adhesion. Names require a final spelling list. TeeLane does not offer embroidery.

TeeLane's maximum production area is 300 mm wide by 400 mm high, but the usable area on this garment can be smaller. Zips, pockets, seams, linings, coatings, reflective bands and garment size all affect the final position.

RX401 personalisation questions

Why choose RX401 for a reception team?

The 200gsm microfleece and full zip make it an option to assess for indoor layering. Flat bound cuffs and hem differ from the elasticated cuffs and adjustable hem on RX402. Check comfort over the actual uniform before choosing.

Does Solid Grey come in the same sizes as Navy?

No. The supplier lists Solid Grey from XS to 5XL and Navy and Black from XS to 7XL. That range difference matters if everyone must wear one colour; availability still needs confirmation.

Which chest measurement chart should staff use?

Ask for the current confirmed guide. The supplier webpage and its older linked PDF give different chest figures, so this page does not reproduce either as a definitive fitting chart.

Can a large back design be approved from these images?

No. The supplier images found for RX401 show the front. TeeLane must check the back panel and garment surface before approving the position, artwork size or printing process.
