The Pro RTX RX530 puts a zipped pocket on the chest as well as two at the sides. For London technicians ordering a personalised softshell, that extra storage changes where a company logo can sit. Plan the pocket use and artwork together before requesting a quote.

Match the product to the role

Who should choose RX530?

  • Visiting technicians
  • Facilities inspection teams
  • Service-desk to site visits

Choose the pocket layout before the logo position

RX530 is worth assessing when staff want zipped chest storage as part of a full-zip uniform jacket. A technician who repeatedly reaches for a small work item has a different brief from someone who needs only hand pockets. Check what staff actually carry: the presence of a pocket does not establish that a particular phone, instrument or notebook will fit. The specification lists 280gsm polyester and three-layer construction, but those details alone do not establish a waterproof rating or suitability for a hazardous task.

Check sleeve movement with the cuffs adjusted

Try the intended size over the normal work shirt, then reach forward and raise both arms with the cuffs adjusted. A sleeve that looks long enough when standing may pull back during inspection work. Check the cuff opening against any gloves used for the job, and check whether the hem moves when staff bend. The listed range is S–5XL in Black, Charcoal and Navy; collect sizes against the current confirmed fitting guide, rather than transferring measurements from a fleece or another brand.

Walk through a technician’s visit before choosing the mark

For example, a facilities engineer may arrive wearing the jacket closed, open it while working indoors and remove it for a detailed task. Decide when customers need to recognise the company. A chest logo on the jacket can serve the arrival, while identification on the shirt underneath may matter during the repair. Avoid making the softshell logo unnecessarily large to solve a visibility problem that occurs after the jacket has been removed.

Ask the wearer to open the chest pocket during a fitting trial. Check that the proposed mark leaves the zip pull accessible and does not force the hand across a raised transfer every time the pocket is used. If the company normally places a logo on that side, approve an intentional position change rather than squeezing the same design into a smaller gap.

Keep jacket approval separate from weather requirements

Three layers describe the construction, not a complete weather specification. If the job involves a long outdoor inspection or exposure to sustained rain, put that requirement in the garment brief before approving RX530. This page does not assign a waterproof, breathability, warmth or safety rating. An outer layer required by workplace rules needs its own suitability assessment.

For a mixed team order, separate staff who need a jacket for brief visits from those who work outside for most of the shift. They can share artwork without necessarily sharing the garment. Record the approved code, colour, size breakdown and logo position for each group so later additions do not accidentally use the pocket clearance from a different jacket.

Garment first, artwork second

Personalisation and print-position check

What TeeLane checks on this product

The vertical chest zip is the first constraint on RX530 artwork. Do not centre a transfer across that opening or assume the pocket bag beneath it is a flat pressing surface. Ask TeeLane to assess the opposite chest as an alternative, allowing clearance from the main zip, armhole seam and collar. Include the requested logo width and any individual names in the brief. The bonded construction needs an actual garment check for heat response, adhesion and marking; a smooth-looking photo is not proof of print suitability. Sleeve marks must avoid the adjustable cuff area. All available product photos show the front, so back placement remains subject to inspection of the real panel. TeeLane does not offer embroidery.

TeeLane's maximum production area is 300 mm wide by 400 mm high, but the usable area on this garment can be smaller. Zips, pockets, seams, linings, coatings, reflective bands and garment size all affect the final position.

RX530 personalisation questions

Can our usual left-chest logo go on RX530?

Not automatically. The front photos show a zipped pocket on the wearer’s left chest. Its opening and pocket bag can limit placement. Send the logo dimensions so TeeLane can assess clearance or propose the opposite chest.

Does the chest pocket fit a work phone?

The available specification does not give pocket dimensions. Test the actual device with the pocket closed before making that a purchase requirement; neither a front photo nor the garment size proves it will fit.

Are the cuffs suitable for a printed sleeve name?

The cuffs are adjustable, so the fastening area must stay clear. A sleeve name needs a separate position and pressing check on the actual garment, including how the sleeve moves when the cuff is tightened.

Can I approve a back logo from this gallery?

These product photographs show front views only. They help explain the pocket and cuff layout but do not verify a back panel or its print dimensions. Request a garment inspection before approving a back design.

Is RX530 a certified waterproof jacket?

No waterproof certification or numerical rating is established here. Do not choose it solely from the term three-layer. Describe the exposure and any workplace requirements when asking TeeLane to assess the order.
